The Fatima Bint Mubarak Women Sports Awards will feature 9 awards:
  • Best Arab Female Athlete
  • Best Emirati Female Athlete
  • Best Emerging Female Athlete
  • Best Paralympic Female Athlete Category
  • Best Coach (Female/Male)
  • Best Sports Media Personality (Female)
  • Best Sports Family
  • Best Women's Sports Team

Upon meeting the award criteria and the general entry requirements, you can apply for all awards, except Arab Sport Personality of the Year.


To apply for an award, you:
  • All electronic applications must be submitted via the link: https://fbmwomensportsaward.ae/ for a specified period.
  • The applicant agrees to the electronic complexity (submission process) after reviewing the general instructions, the interpretation of the basic documents for electronic nomination, and the special conditions.
  • Ensure that the work is conducted in the Arabic language.
  • The "Higher Committee of the Award" extends its thanks to the participants who reached the final stages (the shortlist for evaluation) in all categories.
  • Internal makeup (compliance) with the internal regulations of the award in the event of qualifying to win.
  • No finalist shall submit any request for objection or appeal regarding the final results of the winners after the official announcement at the award's closing ceremony.
  • Does not support any cause or animal values of sports crowned by the International Olympic Committee and other international sports competitors.
  • All achievements and creative designs must be completed during the period from September 22, 2025, to September 30, 2026.
  • To prove her success, achievements, scientific impact, and the distinguished results she has achieved.
  • Official university study (endorsement) by the National Olympic Committee/their respective tourism federations.
  • The number of award winners for each category is the first-place winner, who receives the highest evaluation score for entries in the same category.

The submission deadline is 10 September 2025.

The Fatima Bint Mubarak Women Sports Awards nomination period will run from 11 September 2024 and 10 September 2025.
The judging will take place over three phases:
PHASE I – Review and audit by the Award Committee to confirm that the applications meet all terms and conditions of the Award.
Phase II – Review of applications by the award committee and selection of a maximum of five nominees for each award.
Phase III – Review the list of candidates and vote collectively to select winners.
Winners will be announced on 13 November 2024 during the Awards Ceremony.

The judges committee consists of prominent individuals from international sport governing bodies, industry influencers and media personalities. 

Yes, the total prize money fund is AED 2,100,000 million.
  • Best Arab Female Athlete: 1,000,000
  • Best Emirati Female Athlete: 200,000
  • Best Emerging Female Athlete: 100,000
  • Best Paralympic Female Athlete: 200,000
  • Best Coach (Male/Female): 100,000
  • Best Sports Media Influencer: 100,000
  • Best Sports Family: 100,000
  • Best Women's Team: 300,000
  • Honorary Award for Sports Personality of the Year.

Yes, all awards, except for the Best Female/Male Coach award, are open to female submissions only.
